Walking through Barnes & Noble this weekend, there was a crowd to walk through gathered in the Nook area. A lot of eyes on the new color Nook. One lady stook out from the crowd, she was tapping a larger screen… not joking here… she was standing in the middle of the area working on her iPad!
Glancing at the screen on the way by, there seemed to be a lot going on. Asking what was going on, she explained she was using up time waiting for her kids playing Smurfs’ Village. She described the game as a ‘fun’ FarmVille.
Returning to the car, a quick check of the iTunes app store showed that the game is free with in-app add-ons. For the folks that enjoy FarmVille or don’t like real animals and crops, Smurfs’ Village might prove to be the change your looking for.
