Instead of drawing a line with your finger on the screen of your iPad, TypeDrawing has you drawing words. Adding a whole new impact to simple drawings. A heart can be a line of a poem, while a stick person could be a series of words about the day the creator was having. Rather than a couple other of these apps we have tried and removed. TypeDrawing (now version 3.0 for iPad!) offers a lot of customization to the text for a line of words to be more than a curved helvetica repeating word. Does this mean the app will get used every day, no. But, it does mean that we can add a bit of creative where there was a sentence before, now there is a drawing of a building, both with the same words but a completely different message. TypeDrawing can also be used to fill a shape with words, but honestly we have not played with that much yet, but it looks like it would be fun for a party invite.
